During the use of universal wheels, it is easy to encounter problems such as rotational lag, increased noise, rapid wear on the wheel surface, and brake failure. Timely troubleshooting and resolution can prevent the expansion of the problem and ensure safe use. Fault 1: Rotation jamming, which may be caused by bearing dust ingress, insufficient lubrication, bracket deformation, or interference between the wheel body and equipment. Solution: Clean the bearing and apply lubricating grease, check whether the bracket is deformed (deformation needs to be corrected or replaced), adjust the installation position to avoid interference. Fault 2: Increased noise, caused by bearing wear, uneven wheel surface wear, and uneven ground. Solution: Replace the worn bearing, check if the wheel surface is deformed (if deformed, replace the wheel body), increase the wheel diameter or choose an elastic material wheel body when using on rough ground. Fault 3: Rapid wear of the wheel surface due to material mismatch with the ground, overload, and small wheel diameter. Solution: Replace the wheel body material that is suitable for the ground to ensure no overload, and increase the wheel diameter to disperse pressure. Fault 4: Brake failure, caused by fatigue of brake springs, worn brake pads, and loose brake rods. Solution: Replace the fatigued springs or worn brake pads, and tighten the connecting screws of the brake rods. If the malfunction cannot be resolved on its own, it is necessary to replace the swivel wheel in a timely manner to avoid safety accidents during use.

The core misconceptions and correct methods of selection

Many users are prone to falling into the trap of "only looking at the price" and "ignoring the scenario" when choosing universal wheels. The correct selection should follow the logic of "setting requirements first, then selecting parameters" to avoid poor user experience or safety hazards caused by improper selection.
